My name is Aggie Jendro-Calim, and I’m the proud owner of Mark’s Auto Repair – one of Whidbey Island’s top independent shops, conveniently located in Oak Harbor, WA. My husband, Mark, was, at one time in his career, where many technicians are right now – working for a shop that didn’t know him as a person; didn’t provide him with training (but expected him to fix current technology); and all they cared about was production.
This is why I am so passionate about creating a work environment that values the people who make up our team – technicians and service advisors alike. To me, this is a partnership – NOT an “Owner vs. Employee" enterprise. I want to help you achieve a level of success you’ve never experienced before while having more time with your loved ones!
Even though, currently, we are fully staffed, I am always accepting resumes for technicians and service advisors. “Why,” might you ask? - TECHNICIANS - A hybrid pay system (NO FLAT RATE) - GUARANTEED hourly wage with a bonus structure.
- SERVICE ADVISORS - Wage is negotiable and depends on experience.
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8-5 pm (with 1 hour lunch); no weekend work.
- 2 weeks of paid time off after 6 months on the job, and it grows the longer you’re here.
